Food safety and traceability

Funding note

Funding may cover half of a food safety project.

Ontario’s Food Safety and Growth Initiative (Intake 2) may cover 50% of eligible costs, up to $75,000. Applications are open Oct 19, 2026 to Mar 1, 2027, or until funding runs out. Only certain food products qualify, and wine and nursery stock are not on the list. ActionBridge isn’t part of the program, a Signal pilot isn’t automatically eligible, and we can’t guarantee funding.
